474 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 474 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 474 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the 474 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 474 platform's services.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. 474 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
The 474 platform is accessible only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered by this platform in Malaysia.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 474 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any remaining balances.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. 474 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your identity card or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. 474 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's disclosure of their password to a third party.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 474 support team immediately through the available help channels. You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account until a freeze is officially enforced.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 474 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposit
All deposits to the 474 platform must be made using a verified payment method and under the same name as the user's account. The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 30. 474 does not accept third-party deposits or payments made in another person's name.
Deposit processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method — TNG eWallet deposits are processed within seconds, while FPX bank transfers take between 5 and 15 minutes. 474 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems beyond our control.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon successful identity verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the 474 account holder.
474 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds without fulfilling the stated conditions may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. All transactions are final once approved.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Prohibited Use
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 474 platform:
- Fraud, game manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
- Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds
- Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system
- Player collusion to manipulate betting outcomes
- Any conduct that violates applicable Malaysian law
Intellectual Property & Content
All content on the 474 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface elements, text, software code, and design — is the exclusive property of 474 or its legitimate licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Links to third-party websites or services that may appear on the 474 platform are provided for informational purposes only. 474 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
474 Liability Limits
474 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
The 474 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users access the platform entirely at their own risk.
In cases where 474's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Malaysian law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
474 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of fraud or a breach of terms
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
- User fails to meet identity verification requirements
- There is suspicious activity that requires investigation
Users may voluntarily close their account by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be returned once all conditions have been met and verification is complete.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
474 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to active users via their registered email address or in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect, except in cases of emergency or legal requirements necessitating immediate changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 474 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, and users hereby consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
